Let us know if you've ever met a more gentle puppy (we promise, you won't!). Shadow, a 13 week old, 15 lb Pit/Lab mix (best guess!), has such a wonderful personality, has his fosters singing his praises. They say, "Shadow has SO much love and snuggles to give! I've never encountered a puppy with such a gentle temperament. He is an angel with my 2.5 year old son - so gentle and saves the infamous puppy bites for adults only! He's a little mush who just wants to be on your lap getting love, loves rolling around in the grass and laying in the sun, and loves being around my 2.5 year old son. Shadow follows him around, and if my son falls asleep, Shadow is not too far behind trying to lay next to him to sleep. He's also a VERY quick learner, probably 90-95% potty trained!" Shadow is a baby and needs a home where someone is around during the day. He's microchipped, UTD with vaccines, and his adoption will be finalized upon age appropriate neuter, which is included in his $700 adoption fee.

Ollie's Angels Animal Rescue is a rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of abused and neglected dogs across the country. Ollie's Angels does not determine whether a life is worth saving based on age, special needs, or physical condition. In our eyes, every animal deserves a second chance at life.

We believe that every dog, as well as every adopter, has a unique tale to tell. Our mission is to consider both the needs of our animals and their humans to find the best possible match for each life we save. Adopting a dog is a very emotional experience, and we are committed to treating all of our adopters with respect and kindness throughout the adoption process.

Our special foster program gives us the chance to get to know each dog on a personal level. This helps us to select the perfect home for each individual dog based on his/her needs and personality. Each and every animal we save is adopted into a safe and loving forever home where he/she will be a cherished member of the family. Prior to being placed in a new home, all of our animals receive the highest quality medical care, as well as being spayed/neutered, microchipped, and updated on vaccinations.
