What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Iris was found wandering the woods next to I-5. We think she was neglected and then dumped. She is very sweet and submissive and only wants to please. We can't keep her and want her to go to a loving home. She has a ton of energy, and would do great with someone who is very physically active or can give her a job/task to do. She's crate trained and knows a few basic commands, and is partly potty trained. She is good with small dogs but with all her youthful energy, would thrive in a household with big dogs who can play with her. She needs to have a big yard to run in to get her energy out. She's a cuddle-bug and a total goof but doesn't fully understand her size. She is good with small dogs but we don't know how she would be with cats. She needs someone who is experienced with this kind of breed and has the patience and experience to train her. She is very food/attention motivated and with training could be an incredible companion for someone! She rarely barks and loves toys!
