ATTENTION: All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We do NOT have a kennel with multiple dogs. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. Meet Sir Dickens! He is a very sweet and lovable 12.5lb 5 year old Terrier mix who loves walks, cuddling and playing with other dogs, and sitting pretty and quiet next to you while you work from home. Sir Dickens is potty trained, great on a leash, and crate trained! He is intelligent and eager to please, and like most terriers, that intelligence comes with a need for somebody who will be open to continue his training! Like the ball of energy that comes with terriers, Sir Dickens would benefit from a family who will teach him other ways to express his terrier energy. Not much is known about Sir Dickens past, but he often will be scared of new people and is uneasy around new environments at times. For this reason, we recommend that he finds a forever home with respectful kids that are older and can understand boundaries with little dogs. If you have owned a terrier before, Sir Dicken's mannerisms will likely not be new to you. We know he will find the perfect home for him! Sir Dickens is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300. We know you will love this little guy!
All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
