Roscoe is the CHS Dog of the Month! His adoption fee is only $100 until the end of April! Roscoe is a sweet, older gentleman that just wants a soft couch to nap on and lots of cookies. He loves people and has the nicest manners. He will sit and shake your hand if you have a treat.
