Meet Church, he is a dashing half Maine Coon cross American long hair with luxurious black fur that has some specks of rust! He is here to win your heart and become the ruler of your lap kingdom.

Church isn't just handsome; he's got a personality to match. This half Maine Coon loves to make himself the center of your world. He thrives on attention and will happily join in your daily chatter with his charming vocal contributions.

He's the best companion when you want to stay in and enjoy heartfelt purrs. Work from home? he will be your lap bestie! He's fond of showing love through adorable head bumps, and he's not shy about asking for them back!

Church loves to be number one, because of his size and his dominant nature, he might do best in a home where he's the only cat.

After spending a little over a month in foster care, Church has flourished. His size and beauty are more apparent every day and he is ready to shine as a loyal loving companion in his forever home.

We ONLY adopt animals to homes in the greater Los Angeles area.
Our cat adoption questionnaire https://kittenrescue.org/adopt/cat-adoption-form/ is first step of our adoption process, which also includes a home visit, the signing of an adoption contract, and payment of our adoption fee.
Adoption Fees
$120 for a kitten or cat up to 2 years old, or $200 if you adopt a pair.
Cats 2 to 10 years old have a fee reduction of 50%
We will waive the adoption fee for any cat over 10 years old.
Our dog adoption fee is $200.

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 1,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
