My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jack, he is resilient and has overcome adversity with grace. Despite losing one eye due to a corneal ulcer, Jack’s spirit remains strong, and he is ready to find a loving forever home where he can thrive. He was a stray in LA shelter and was found so we do not know much about his background.
Jack is a playful and spirited companion who enjoys the company of his human and furry friends alike. Despite his one eye, he exudes confidence and charisma. While he may assert his dominance at times, Jack’s heart is full of love and loyalty for those he cares about.
Jack is potty trained (but may have accidents in transition) demonstrating his intelligence and willingness to learn. With consistency and positive reinforcement training, he will continue to excel in his training endeavors. Jack is eager to please and thrives on mental stimulation, making him a joy to train.
Jack loves playing with his foster siblings, showcasing his friendly and sociable nature. While he may display dominant behaviors, he can coexist harmoniously with other dogs given the proper introductions and boundaries. Jack’s playful energy adds a spark of joy to any social gathering.
Jack is seeking an active and loving forever home where he can receive the attention and care he deserves. An environment with plenty of opportunities for play and exploration would be ideal for him to thrive. Jack would do well with a family who understands his needs and can provide him with structure and guidance.
Adopting Jack requires a commitment to providing him with the love, care, and attention he needs to live his best life. Hi eye is still healing and the scab is looking better with a little ointment and his hair is finally growing back! Jack’s resilient spirit and loving nature make him a worthy companion. With dedication and patience, Jack will undoubtedly bring endless joy to his new family.
Jack may have faced challenges in the past, but his zest for life and loving demeanor make him a wonderful addition to any family. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this special pup, Jack will repay your kindness with unwavering loyalty and affection. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to make Jack a cherished member of your family today. Vet cleared/minor medical with eye/ neutered/vaccinated. Apply on site freedomfrenchierescue.org fee $1000
