Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Hera!
The delightful 14-week-old German Shepherd mix bursting with curiosity and affection, ready to embark on life's grand adventures by your side! Wisdom Panel results show she is 69% German Shepherd. Hera is expected to be a medium/large dog as she is almost 20 pounds already!
Hera is a bit of a shy girl so it takes her a few minutes to warm up to someone she doesn’t know. She adores humans she knows and is always thrilled to see them, greeting them with wagging tails and sweet kisses. This sweet girl is a true cuddle bug, finding her happiest moments curled up beside you or nestled in your lap for a cozy nap. She recently visited a local elementary school with her siblings and sat in her foster moms lap until she got comfortable and then had a lot of fun meeting all of the fifth graders.
She enjoys the great outdoors, chewing on sticks in the yard, running and playing with her siblings. Hera does well in the car and recently was able to ride in a truck and she decided trucks are more fun than cars, she had so much fun looking around. Although she's still honing her potty training skills, Hera is eager to please and ready to learn with the guidance and support of a patient and loving family.
If you're ready to welcome a furry bundle of joy into your home who's equal parts curious, cuddly, and adventurous, then Hera might be the pup for you. If interested in meeting her please fill out an application at www.rescueahart.org!
