Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sarge is a laidback guy who enjoys spending his days lounging around. He loves to be outside, whether it’s observing the birds in the trees, napping in the sun, or exploring on a walk. In fact, he’s a pretty easy walker on the leash, making him a great partner for hikes, trips to the park, or even a casual afternoon on a restaurant patio.
Not much phases Sarge. He’s a huge teddy bear! While he is not a lap dog, he does enjoy the company of his human and being near them. Sarge is dog, cat, and kid friendly!
Sarge is a sensitive guy who may have a little bit of separation anxiety in the beginning while learning to be comfortable in a new home. However he warms up quickly (a few days!) and is easy peasy once he understands his human is returning home for him.
History: Sarge was brought in with his brother Luke from a backyard breeder in West Texas. It is believed that they didn't have much human interaction before arriving in Austin with TGPR. Upon arriving at his foster home though he has shown that he certainly is a love bug but is the more energetic and playful pup of the two. He has also learned how to use the dog door without training a couple days into living with his foster and has befriended the resident dogs. He also has some extra eyelashes that don't seem to bother him and shouldn't become an issue in the future.
If Sarge sounds like the pup for you, please reach out to his foster for more information and setting up a meet and greet!
