My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It is heartbreaking for us to consider rehoming Anya. She’s a sweet, playful dog and we have loved her since she was a tiny puppy. She is trained and easy to clean.

Anya loves walks, hikes, fetch and cuddles. If you have a ball thrower, she will fetch forever. She loves our two young kids and our elderly cat, who is blind and sometimes walks into her. Anya would really thrive with people who are active and can provide a substantial yard for her to play in. And she is crate-trained.

After years of living together amicably, Anya and our other dog got in a serious fight while we were away and a family member was watching them. We don’t know what caused the fight, but now they simply cant be left together unsupervised in our yard or they will fight. Anya is the bigger and stronger of the two dogs, so she has avoided any serious injury, and she would be happier as an only dog.
