Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Flossy S is a sweet and gentle 5-6 year old, 20-lb Shih Tzu who is looking for a loving home to take her in -- she also desperately needs a foster home! (If you are willing to provide a loving foster home for Flossy S, please complete our foster application, see below. For animals in foster-care, SPCHS covers all costs of grooming, vetting, food, toys, supplies, etc for the fostered pet until a suitable furever home can be found.)
She is an affectionate dog who loves to cuddle up with her humans, but she is not too sure about other dogs. She is very loyal and will always be there for you when you need her. She loves going on walks and smelling all the scents in the air. She can be a bit cautious with new people but quickly warms up to them once she gets to know them. If you're looking for a companion who will stick by your side, and have a quiet, low-energy home, Flossy is the perfect dog for you.
Flossy S will be brought up to date on vaccines, tested for heart worms, and microchipped before being adopted. Flossy had to have an eye removed after an attack by another dog.
