To say that I am Iggy, that may be an insult! Do you know that??
Iggy is a more "recent" word, you know how they add new words to the dictionary every year or so.... Iggy stems from the "chats" we so love.... Iggy means to IGNORE a text or a message.... now WHO has done this????
Wait, so I am not the ONLY ONE?? I usually take a breath (or eat some ice cream, or chew up an electrical cord... jk) before I answer specific messages from specific people.............
So I AM IGGY!!
AND PROUD OF IT!!
I am a 4 month old gorgeous white pittie/american bulldog mix saved in just in the nick of time! Now I am hanging in a wonderful foster home and learning all the things that LOVED dogs with HOMES learn.... housetraining, crate training, leash walking, eating all kinds of food and treats (like EVERYDAY we eat!!) and learning to LOVE BELLY RUBS :)
I am now ready to move on to the next chapter of my text ignoring... A FUREVER HOME!!!
I am looking for a fun loving and active family, I am a big pup too so you MUST love big mutts!! I am looking for a friend to play with either in your home or in the neighborhood :D

Submit Application

Please fill out the inquiry/application form and submit on our website.You will receive info from foster/counselor in return.

Approve Application

Adoption counselor will email you to discuss the inquiry/application,and give more info about the pet, the foster and adoption process..

Pay Fee

If you are approved to adopt, payments can be made on our website through PayPal, Debit Card or any major credit card.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
