Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neo is another adorable pup recently brought into our program thanks to a loving foster saving him!! He is estimated to be 10-12 weeks old and a Border Collie/Pittie mix. Either way, he is absolutely adorable, and he loves running around with his doggy and toddler friends alike

He loves car rides and the wind on his face!
He loves kids!
He does well with cats in his foster home, and is doing his best to make friends with them!
He loves to chase mops and brooms while his foster family is trying to clean with them!
Loves his teddy bear and will keep himself entertained in his ball pit!
