HOW DOES A 10 YEARD OLD END UP IN THE SHELTER?

All dogs are located in foster homes in southeast Arizona. They are between Benson and Willcox just south of Interstate 10. We are approximately 2 and 1/2 hours from Tempe and 1 hour east of Tucson.

How does a beautiful, sweet 10-year boy end up in the shelter?

When he was picked up by the county, no one came forward to claim him. Fedwell Farm is honored to help this wonderful boy!

Al (we call him AL) Alcatraz was given to him at the shelter) has been a great dog in his foster home. He gets along with all the dogs in the home. is a wonderful, beautiful friendly German Shepherd.

AL is not a high energy dog; he could be an apartment dog. He is happy to watch Animal Planet while his humans are off to school or work.

AL is approximately 10 years old and weighs 87 pounds.

AL is very friendly and loves human attention. He is smart and an absolutely wonderful boy!

We specialize in Australian Shepherds and Australian Cattle Dogs (Queensland Heelers), although we do have other dogs available. We do some farm animal rescue depending on our available space.
