Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Andy! I am a 4-month-old(as of 4/10/2024) Redbone Coonhound who weighs 22lbs. I am currently in a foster home after my foster mom found me in a crowded shelter and couldn't help but fall in love with my sweet face. I am hoping to find my FURever home soon, could that be you? I love to play with my canine foster siblings in the home. I am very curious about cats but not in a negative way. I am very much a puppy so I will need a family with the time and patience to help me become the best doggy I can be. I am a very smart boy that is willing to learn under the right guidance. I have adapted to a set schedule very well and making progress with leash training! I would love to find a person or family to call my own! We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
