Looking for a fluffy little companion?

Muffin is pretty new to our adoption floor and hoping to make someone fall in love with her beautiful eyes! Muffin loves attention and has done great with the other kitties! I'm sure you've noticed Muffin's luscious locks, she will need REGULAR brushing and grooming to stay healthy and clean! If you're looking for a new companion then look no further!

All our cats and dogs come altered, UTD on vaccinations and micro chipped with a FREE lifetime registration, 1 yr FREE FOA microchip program (replacing the FOA Tag program which now supports our clients outside of Tipton city limits!) food to transition your new family member and some toys!!

Our dogs also come with a fitted collar and harness, leash. We also will teach you any commands the animal may know already,

We are here to help give you guidance with your new family member as they are FOA Alumni!!

We are the only shelter in Cedar County, Iowa. We take in homeless dogs and cats and help them to find carefully screened, lifelong, and nurturing homes. FOA serves Cedar County, Iowa.

When you adopt, you’re not just giving a deserving dog or cat a home. You’re also reducing the demand for puppy mills and other industrial-scale breeding operations that put profits before animal welfare. Homeless, scared, abused, neglected or surrendered, whatever the circumstance may be, our goal is to give all animals the chance to feel loved, wanted and special. After all, their souls are pure, and they deserve only the best from us.
