Meet Frank! Frank came to ECCHA as a transfer and is ready to find a loving home to call his own! Frank is always make the staff laugh from his quirky personality. He is looking for an adopter that will cuddle the day away. He loves meeting new people, so much so he cannot contain his smile and tail/butt wiggles. Frank will need work on his socialization with his other canine friends. We feel at this time, he would be best in a single household that can continue training at home. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150. Please contact ECCHA with any questions or fill out an application below to meet this sweet, smiling guy! Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
