We are a pair of shy kittens who have been on a long journey to the adoption floor. We came to the shelter as tiny, spicy kittens. After many weeks in foster for socialization, we still weren't thrilled with humans. The shelter thought we might have to be adopted out as barn cats, so that's why our ears are tipped.
After a few more weeks, we started to show signs of being social with people. We started to purr and engage in play with interactive toys. So the shelter sent us out to another foster for more socialization. We spent two months in our second foster home, and slowly made enough progress.
Now we are ready to find our forever home, and we have a few requirements:
- We need to be adopted together. We've been through so much and rely on each other for comfort!
- We would like a quiet home that will give us plenty of time to adjust. We're still pretty shy with people, so it might take us a bit longer to fully acclimate. But we promise to give you so much love in return!
- While this is not a requirement, we enjoyed playing with the other pets in our foster home. We got along great with the other cats, and even played with the dog!
