The wonderful thing about foster homes is that you get to see how our adoptable animals are within a home environment and get a more accurate sense of who they are and their compatibility with your lifestyle. Beth and Jojo, a beautiful pair of sister cats, were adopted as two-month-old kittens from ACC and surrendered two years later due to their people having a change in life circumstances. In the shelter, they were too scared and overwhelmed to come out of their boxes. Now, their foster home is providing them with the consistency and safe space that they needed to come out of their shells and reveal what they’re really like! And that is a pair of LOVERS. Beth is slightly shyer than Jojo, but can also be a little bit more open to meeting new people. If you don’t see her, she’s likely burrowed into one of her tunnels, napping in a tiny little spot, and especially loves sleeping under the covers with you. Her playful side is still developing, but she loves pets, and flops over as soon as she starts getting scritches, dragging herself around while you scratch her back. Jojo loves pets too, and has even shown an affinity for being held. She’s shown herself to be a little more of a playful explorer, gets crazy with the wand toys, and loves to observe her humans in the kitchen and bathroom doing their human things. Both Beth and Jojo can’t get enough of their sunny window perches, and spend a lot of their time watching the outside world (the best cat TV channel). But if you’re on the couch, they’ll find you there and settle in for quality snuggle time. Their foster parent reports that one of their favorite things about them is that they will chirp and chitter away in response to baby talk, chatting back and forth in the sweetest, silliest way. If you’re looking for deliciously sweet, cuddly, easy going feline companions, Beth and Jojo tick all of the boxes! Check out more pictures of them on their Google Photo Album: https://sites.google.com/view/beth-and-jojo/home . Send in a virtual adoption application to meet them today. BETH A423062.
