My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

History: Herbie came to our shelter as a stray cat with severely matted fur and a timid demeanor. With lots of love and care, we gave him a fresh haircut and worked patiently to help him regain his confidence.

Personality: From a shy kitty to a super friendly boy, Herbie has blossomed into quite the charmer! He loves human company and enjoys spending his days lounging in our cat cuddle room, soaking up the attention from both humans and feline friends alike.

Ideal Home: Herbie would thrive in a loving home with older children who can appreciate his playful nature. He's a spirited cat who enjoys interactive play, so a family willing to engage in fun and energetic activities would be ideal for him.

Herbie is ready and eager to find his forever family who will cherish him for the wonderful companion he is. If you're interested in opening your heart and home to Herbie, please apply online today!

More about this shelter

Animals Are Our Mission

Over 1,100 animals pass through our doors every year. Did you know that the average cost to get our animals ready to be adoptable is roughly $350 per animal? That is because we require our adoptables to be spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated before adopting out.

Population control and disease management are issues in our community that we are working hard to resolve. Your donations help ensure we can continue our mission.

We have an amazing team of hard working staff caring for our animals 7 days a week. They are supported by a group of engaged board members that are focused on bettering our organization.
