This sweet boy with the great smile is Moose. He is a one-year-old Lab/Huskie mix looking for his forever home. Moose was coincidentally brought into the shelter on his 1st birthday because his family didn't feel they could give him the time and attention he deserved anymore and they wanted better for him. Moose lived with children, cats, and other dogs in his previous home and did very well with them. He's a smart boy who knows several commands and we're told asks to go outside to potty by alerting at the door. Moose is a lover who likes to sleep at the foot of his owner's bed at night and would lay his head on his mom's shoulder during car rides. He enjoys ear rubs, bum scritches, and chasing tennis balls (although he's not much of a retriever). Moose loves a good bone to chew on, going for walks, and playing with toys-his favorite is a rubber pig.
