My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Georgina was named after the main character of the 1966 film Georgy Girl that takes place in swinging 1960's London. When Georgina was caught by RA Rescue Team Co-Lead Nathaniel, he instantly knew she had that Georgy Girl flair. He sang the film'ss eponymous hit to her while the RA team groomed her and made sure she was okay as we do with all new rescues. In the film, Georgina Parkin, played by Lynn Redgrave, who has considerable musical talent, is well-educated, and has an engaging, unpretentious character. Georgina's fans at Rabbit Advocates would say the same is true for Georgy Girl the Bunny. Likely born in March of 2022, Georgina has come of age over the summer and she is a healthy, hoppy gal who seems to be about fully-grown at about 4.5 lbs. She was found outdoors in Orenco Woods Nature Park as an adolescent, and now Georgina is always ready for a cozy evening by the fire or in front of the TV. Although many bunnies are nervous around birds, Georgina's foster home has parakeets and she is just fine with them. She enjoys pets and massages while she stretches out luxuriously on the floor. Remember the cardio equipment called the Stairmaster? They should hire Georgina to be their Spokesbun since she absolutely loves running up and down the carpeted stairs in her foster home. She loves to burrow into her hay and eat her way out of her hay cave, and will find a way inside or on top of hay feeders. She likes to rest in her enclosure during afternoon nap-time and overnight. She is active and curious, and quite the well-behaved young lady. Do you have the perfect home for Georgy Girl?
