Meet Little Dove who's story starts with his mama's rescue in early May 2023. Skylark was among several bunnies whom a kind stranger rescued. Only a few days after her rescue, safely in a foster home with Rabbit Advocates, she delivered the litter of seven kits known as the birdie babies.
Little Dove is now eight months old and tips the scales at a lovely 6.5 pounds. This dapper lil gent is mostly reserved, as a gentleman should be. But he also has a curious and outgoing personality. Especially if you are willing to share your bunny-approved treats with him. Having a shy side, he likes to take refuge in his favorite hidy spot if it gets too loud for Little Dove.
Little Dove is the king of binkies when it is feeding time in the morning, so make sure to give this little birdie lots of room to spread his wings and binky about as your reward for serving him breakfast. If this dapper lad feels chill, he will share the sofa with his foster family and let them pet his stunning, silky fur. When asked about his gorgeous coat, he replied: "Like all the baby birdie bunnies, I was born with a charming velvet coat from my mama Skylar, of course!
Like most bunnies Little Dove is not a fan of being picked up, he is a four on the floor kind of gent. If you sit on the floor, he likes to come by, say hello, and maybe give you a paw to show his affection for you. Since Little Dove can easily be startled, he would do best in a quiet home with older bunny-savvy teens.
