My name is Denver!

Denver is a 7 year old beagle with the spirit and youthfulness of a new puppy. He’s got a lot of energy to let out and he loves attention, but if you can’t play at the moment he’s more than happy to simply sit with you while you work or relax.

He’s been neutered and trained with basic commands (sit, come here, “bed” is what we use for lay down because that’s where he primarily lays).

Denver is great with kids! He’s very gentle and won’t jump on them even with all his energy. He sits and lets them play with his ears or tail—just don’t pull, that hurts him!

He’s great with other dogs as well, always ready to make new friends and play. We don’t have any cats but he has always acted timid around the neighborhood ones. He won’t attack anyone or other animals, he’s very docile in a lot of aspects.

Denver needs a home where he’ll be loved and ready to play. He’s a sweetheart and deserves to be taken good care of, and he’ll love you unconditionally as well!
