Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Luna!
Special needs. . .or just plain special? Meet Luna, a 13-week-old female Chihuahua puppy who weighs in at just over six pounds. Luna got off to a rough start in life: Weakened, sick, and starving, she was thrown into a ditch and left to die. Thankfully, she was discovered by a dog rescuer in the Cleveland area and taken to the vet at once, where she was treated for an eye infection and diagnosed with mild hydrocephalus. The vet checked her out head to toe(s) and she doesn’t appear to have the neurological symptoms often found with that diagnosis, so no medication was required for her long-term care. She received her first round of vaccines and has been thriving on good food and TLC. And talk about high functioning! She runs, she plays, she pees, she poops, she barks, she loves life! All in all, she’s a vibrant, healthy, happy pup who just wants to find the perfect home to live out her best life. She does great with other dogs (plays a lot with the other small fosters in the house) and is good with people. Whoever ends up with this little doll is going to be incredibly blessed.
