Harlan is about three years old. I am fostering him because his former owner didn't have time to give him the attention he needs.
Harlan is a very friendly and loving dog. He has a lot of energy and is strong. I am trying to train him not to pull on the leash, but being a hound dog, he will get excited and pull hard at times. Being a hound also means he barks a lot.
For the right person Harlan will be the most wonderful dog. He is funny, smart and loves to snuggle. He does need a lot of exercise and needs to learn basic commands.
