My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Allow us to introduce you to Chinchilla!
A beautiful, tortoiseshell cat that is ready for her forever home. Chinchilla loves to play, she would play all day if she could! But, she always finds time for some cat naps and cuddles with her foster family. She gets along well with other cats and dogs and adapts very well to new situations. Her little meows will make your heart melt and she will talk to you for as long as you are willing to listen. (She has a lot of sweet things to say!!). If you are interested or have any questions submit an inquiry or application to us today! We hope to hear from you soon to be able to introduce you to this sweet kitten who has stolen all of our hearts.

More about this rescue

Rescue is our passion. It is in our DNA. We eagerly jump on every opportunity to save an animal. When we cruise past a stray without a collar, we stop the car and get out. We’re not “just keep on driving” people. We’re “run across the highway” people.

We have built our life around animals. Our ranch, located just outside of San Antonio, has a treatment room with attached dog kennel, a cat room, horses, cattle, twin boys, and a grandmother. We have a good sized yard that affords plenty of room for everyone to run around.

We are a veterinarian-run 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization.
