Why I need a new home

Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I have a 3 year old silver shaded male exotic shorthair. Total teddy bear and LOVES to cuddle. Has been neutered. Uses litter box most times but lately has been peeing on the carpet in our sunroom. Just in one spot no matter how well I clean it. I just wanted to disclose that. If you have a training technique, or more patience than I, he may be a perfect companion!
I also have a 4 yr old exotic female that needs a special home with patience. She’s VERY shy and skittish. Has not been spayed yet. Will need that done. Would love if they could go together.
