Submit an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HAA/Dog Pay attention to the section where you are signing a contract.

2.
Interview

If pet is still available you will hear from the foster family to discuss the pet and if it will be a good fit for your home.

3.
Approve Application

Board Approves your application

4.
Meet the Pet

Meet pet to make sure pet is a good fit.

5.
Pay Fee

Pay adoption fee via cash, check or ( Paypal $5 additional fee to cover charges incurred)

6.
Take the Pet Home

Take a photo for the Facebook page and take your new friend home with you. Keep us updated on the Heartstrings Adoptive Families page.

Some purebreds and those with high vet bills may priced higher.

Dogs will have all current vaccines, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested if old enough and on monthly preventatives

Heartstrings Animal Advocates, Inc., was founded on June 20, 2016.

Our mission is to assist animals in high kill shelters by changing their numbers into names and placing them with forever families. This is accomplished by helping the Butler County, Kansas, shelter as well as surrounding shelters find misplaced animals furever homes.

Over the years we have been able to bring dogs from smaller shelters i& dumping areas n Oklahoma and Texas and find them wonderful adopters in Kansas and many others states across the country.
