My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Sadie the Lab!

I enjoy taking long walks and eating ice cream, if you do too, then let's chat about my adoption. I require daily belly rubs, lots of kisses and treats! I am only 2 years old and I am working on my manners still (but aren't we all)! My future home can have kids & cats! I do well with both! I love other dogs too! Please feed me separate though, as I like to enjoy my meals solo!

My foster family adores me, they tell me everyday that I'm the best (that's because I am)!

My adoption fee is $200.00. This fee includes my vaccinations, microchip, heartworm testing and spay surgery. If your family is ready to love me, I'd love to meet you too, I will need to see if your belly rubs meet my standards though!

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
