Russel is an absolute doll! He loves cuddles, head scratches, and will curl up in your lap or sleep on the couch next to you. He enjoys being in the same room as you. At night in his foster home, he prefers to sleep in bed with his person or people.

Current programming such as our Adoption Program, Military Veterans’ Program, and Healing Paws Pet Therapy Program create positive, impactful connections between people and animals, improving the lives of both.
