Kincaide is one of those cats with a great background story! DC engineers had opened a manhole cover only to find a soaking wet cat trapped way deep inside! Kincaide was so very scared and rightfully so. It took quite some time to safely remove this tuxedo kitty, but HRA did it! Kincaide arrived at the shelter one hot, soggy mess. And emotionally, he was pretty concerned. We have been giving this darling lots of time to relax and he is very appreciative of the space and kindness. Kincaide is really a good kitty, but he may be one of those felines that likes to be admired from a distance until he is fully settled.
