This sweet girl was going to be put down due to having a bad eye but nothing else about her is bad. She came from NM and is now in a foster home in Colorado.
**She cannot see out of her left eye but we are currently trying to at least save it and once we get her fully cleared by the vet and all medical expenses paid for she will be available to adopt. Her body may shrink the eye down over time but it does not affect her overall health and her other eye is completely healthy.
What her foster mom has to say about her:
- This lady is a total love with everyone she meets. She loves to flip over for a belly rubs and gives a lot of kisses
- She loves to go for walks, hikes, and runs
- She’s very good at settling when you’re home. Her goal in life is to get as many snuggles as she can
- She is crate trained and is very quiet in her crate
- She’s potty trained
- She’s adorably chatty. She likes to talk to you when you come home or when she’s in a silly playful mood
- She’s good with handling although she’s a wiggly girl
- She walks very well on leash. Like most huskies she does have a prey drive
- She is dog, kid, and cat friendly! She’s literally the perfect little lady!
Comes fully vetted and with 2 free dog training sessions

“A Dog Rescue Doing More than Dog Rescue”
We are a young rescue (3rd year anniversary in Jan 2023), but we are here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog.
We hold monthly group training classes for the community (yes, even those without rescue dogs).
We provide free training for our foster families.
We provide free training for our adoptive families.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog, we are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education through our community.
It seems like a simple thought of course, but one that many rescue groups do not follow.
