Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willy is 11 years old. His shots are up to date as of last year. He has killed livestock(ducks and chickens) on our property and has not responded well to being tied up in the yard when outside, but he can't be out free anymore. I would just like to find him someplace where he can have some freedom, maybe a fenced in yard or somewhere more urban.
