Hello Biggie Paws Fam! We’d love to introduce you to our Zen-like friend, Zara!
Zara’s foster family says that she is very laid back and affectionate. She can be a little shy when first meeting someone, but she warms up quickly! She loves to snuggle up with her humans and never turns down pets or a belly rub!
When it’s time for Zara to get some Zzzz’s, she loves to snooze on her dog bed or the floor. She loves her chew bones and doesn’t like to share - she has guarded them from other dogs - they are definitely her favorite! When it comes to those puppy skills, Zara is housebroken and knows ‘sit’ - especially when treats are involved, 😉 she is also crate and leash trained!
Zara gets along well with older kids (not sure about little ones). Just like with new humans, Zara takes a little time to warm up to her dog friends. She is content to hang out with her dog pals, but seems to like her own space too.
Zara is about 1 year old, approximately 40-50 pounds and looks like a Standard Poodle. She is up-to-date on all her age appropriate shots, is microchipped and spayed. She is currently staying with her foster family in Medford, Wisconsin and is available for adoption for a fee of $450.
