Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Former stray cat Phoebe has been mooching off of his foster mom for 2 years and finally decided he was ready to be an inside boy. (Yes, Phoebe is a boy). He is an adorable, affectionate, sweet and playful former outside kitty who is loving indoor life.

Phoebe loves:
+ Seeing how high in the air he can throw his toys
+ Sitting in your lap while you work
+ Attention from anyone and anything (he has to make up for a few years mkay?)
+ Watching birbs from the window

Phoebe is comfortable around other kitties and would do best in a home with another playful cat.
