Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you are looking for some sunshine in your life, Lady Hazel will brighten your day. Hazel is a lovely senior girl that was found as a stray. A true lady never tells her age, but on her health physical she seems to be10 plus. Hazel had a senior surgical day and had a total of 11 teeth remove, a gum mass resected, and a spay. Her mammary glands are a little bumpy but the vet believes that will resolve now that she has been spayed. She is sweet, loves to snuggle under covers, rides well in the car, is good with big dogs, doesn't bother the cats, loves short walks, and is in general an easy going dog. We are working on potty training. She has had a few accidents in the house and needs to go outside every few hours. Right now, when we leave the house, I put her in an open puppy play pen with a pee pad and a bed. If you are looking for a little senior lady to rest in your lap and a cuddle bug to sleep in your bed, Hazel is your girl. To meet Hazel, fill out a non- binding application on line at forrescue.net.
