Meet Corazon! Corazon means heart in Spanish which we chose for the perfect heart she has on her side! She is a true closet goofball - shy at first but slowly opening up into her silly self. Cora has done great with her doggy foster siblings. She likes to cuddle with them and run around outside. While she is a little shy where the back door is concerned, she’s slowly gaining confidence and learning that re-entering the house isn’t so scary. Despite this shyness, she is housetrained and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She has shown herself to be a quick learner and very food motivated. All applicants complete an application and are interviewed. We then complete all references and do a home visit. Permitting approval, we schedule a time to meet the pet(s) the applicant is interested in. Once a match has been found, we complete adoption contracts and adoption donation. We reserve the right to deny applicants for a particular animal if we feel it is not a good fit. We will suggest an animal that better matches the adopter's needs.
