Combining her time in shelter and our rescue, Luna’s been waiting nearly a whole YEAR to be adopted. Like many of us, Luna takes some time to build trust. She is fiercely loyal to her favorite people. If you’re lucky, that could be you! She could potentially live with a well matched dog, after proper decompression and intros. She will thrive in a low traffic home with a dog savvy person. She can be your patio pup! All she needs is consistency, love, patience, and understanding. All applicants complete an application and are interviewed. We then complete all references and do a home visit. Permitting approval, we schedule a time to meet the pet(s) the applicant is interested in. Once a match has been found, we complete adoption contracts and adoption donation. We reserve the right to deny applicants for a particular animal if we feel it is not a good fit. We will suggest an animal that better matches the adopter's needs.
