Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dora has one of the saddest stories that we've heard in quite awhile. Just look at her eyes. This sweet girl is Dora. She’s approx 9 years old, weighs 56 pounds and is a lab mix. Dora came into the shelter as a stray but Animal Contol was able to locate her owners. They laughed and said oh she’s alive!? Dora was officially surrendered to AC and we took her to be cared for at our vet. She is a very sweet ol girl who obviously deserves better. She is very depressed here at our shelter although she does wag her tail when the staff bring her up front. A perfect home for Dora would be with someone willing to spoil her rotten. Dora just needs love that she may have never experienced before. Senior dogs are over looked often but she is definitely worth it!
The adoption fee for dogs is $90.
This fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, heartworm test, rabies & DHLPP shots, flea & tick treatment and license (for Newaygo County residents).
