My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benny steals the heart of everyone he meets. He's 56lbs, 3 years old, and first stood out to the playgroup team at the shelter as a social guy, tolerant of all kinds of different dogs. Now in a foster home, we've learned that Benny loves to snuggle up and get cozy and is happy to hang around the house.

Benny is super friendly with people, house and crate trained, and doing super well on his leash walking skills.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers and rescuers combining our skills to help fosters get a dog out of the shelter! The dogs in our program have begun house, crate, and leash training. Our fosters follow a handful of house rules. The transition to a new home is easiest for your dog when these structures are carried over for some time and privileges are gradually introduced. This helps minimize anxiety and behavioral issues.
