Aslan is a handsome young pup with a unique blend of intelligence, loyalty, and boundless energy. With his striking coat and expressive eyes, Aslan is sure to turn heads wherever he goes. But it's his personality that truly shines. He's a social butterfly who adores the company of both humans and other dogs. In fact, he would flourish in a home with another doggie pal to play and romp around with. Aslan's ideal home would include a fenced-in yard where he can stretch his legs and explore to his heart's content. He's a free spirit who loves to run, so having a safe outdoor space is essential for his happiness and well-being. IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
