My name is Bridgette, a beautiful, sweet red husky girl who loves to be around my people! I have been loving life since I came into rescue. Getting attention and pets from humans in is absolutely the best! I am great with all the people I meet. I flash my beautiful blue eyes at them and they can’t resist giving me some attention.
I have a whole pack worth of friends at my foster house and I love to play with the little one especially. He is really fun. I have a couple of human kids at home too that I am great with and love to lay on their legs at night.
Walks seem to be a new thing for me, but I am learning fast and LOVE exploring my new world. I am potty trained but don’t love my crate yet. I am good there at night when my people are sleeping near me. I am not very vocal but have been known to sing along with a siren here and there. Not too loud that I bother the neighbors though.
I am excited to get to meet my forever family! We will have the best time together.

Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
- Wellness check
- Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate)
- Age appropriate vaccines - rabies as required by law and distemper combo or proof of positive titer test
- Heartworm test if over 7 months of age
- Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites
- Microchip ​
~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care.
