Dr. Watson has been our family dog for 7 years, since he was a tiny pup. He is friendly with all people (including children and babies), dogs, cats, chickens, even goats. We are looking to rehome him due to my husband’s increasing allergy issues, and an upcoming move. This is not an easy decision for us. He is admittedly too friendly with guests, but has gently welcomed several newborn babies, and he mostly just loves to lay around near his people. Our barn cat is so relaxed around him that Watson has to step over the napping cat to go outside. He's been without a dog-friend for several years, but would probably love another canine companion. He understands basic commands and stands politely for a warm bath. Our vet said he is the healthiest English bulldog she’s ever met. It is important to us that he finds a good home, with someone he can keep company with most of the day, and Watson would certainly prefer one with a nice, warm heater that he can lay in front of on chilly evenings.
