My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I've got two different colored eyes!

Tommy was born around October 16, 2022 and might top out in the 60-pound range. Tommy was found by officials in a nearby town severely underweight with no one looking for him. Tommy did well on the short trip to JR and has been fine with the other dogs here. He was introduced to a cat and seemed to do well but please ask us to do another cat test if you are interested in him and have a kitty at home. Tommy would be fine with children but perhaps not tiny ones as he will likely knock them over in excitement. Tommy seems to be very intelligent, very attached to his humans and a happy, playful boy. Tommy also seems to be nicely house trained, but with so many changes please be prepared to be careful at first. This boy is super cute with those perfectly "perked" ears and that one blue eye! Someone is going to be very happy they welcomed him into their home - is it you?

The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00

Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.

Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES

We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
