My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A unique guy, very happy but he has the shakes. A newer resident at our shelter looking for a loving home that doesn't mind his limitation and accepts him as he is previous veterinary evaluation reported the condition could be due to Cerebellar Hypoplasia also referred to as CH. CH is a non progressive neurological condition that effects balance causing the shakes or tremors.
He's a bubbly guy but is limited in distance walking but was happy to be bobbling as he walked down from his morning bath.
Visit us and view our adoptable animals today! If you find an animal that you are interested in, all adoptable animals are available on a first come, first served basis once adoption is approved. Applications are not required prior to viewing our animals but must be completed prior to moving forward with an adoption.

Animals adopted out are vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received heartworm and flea prevention while at the shelter. More about this shelter

We are a true, no - kill, non profit shelter. Although we love to see our animals go to for ever homes, we are not desperate to adopt out. We are in a rural area where the dogs can run and play, and the cats are in a large "community living" area where they can stay indoors or go outside in the sun. It's a very nice place for them to wait for their families to come and get them.
