What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Luna from the Antietam Humane Society in June of 2023. Her birthday is January 29, 2023.
Luna is incredibly energetic and fun-loving. She loves to snuggle and play outside.
As much as we love her, we believe she would be a better fit in a home where more opportunities for play and exercise can be provided. Although we do have a fenced in backyard, we feel she isn't happy without more room to move about and other animals to play with.
She does very well with other dogs. She loves to play with our cats. She plays great with our 13-year-old child. She is not aggressive or mean in any way, just very energetic. She has been through 2 sessions of formal dog training and knows basic commands. She is crate trained for bedtime.
