My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sweet Pea!

Hi there! My name is Sweet Pea, it's great to meet you!
I'm a little shy at first, but once I get to know you I'm quite the lovebug. Go slowly with me and you'll see my personality shine!
I'm a bit on the heavier side but that's ok, I'm on a diet and should have my Summer body soon!
Although I lived with a cat in the past, we were not the best of friends and prefer spending time with my people so I would love to be your one and only! I prefer my new home to be with adults only.

Sweet Pea is currently up to date on all her kitty vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and cleared medically by our vet team! As she is currently overweight, Sweet Pea would benefit from a diet of weight management foods. A relationship with your vet is ideal!

Additional adoption info

Our adoptable pets are available for visitors to meet during our business hours.
There is an adoption application so we can assist with a good match for you. Many pets go home the same day.
If you have a resident dog(s), you will be asked for them to meet the shelter dog to ensure compatability.
All family members should be involved with the adoption process and meet the shelter dog prior to adoption. This meeting does not apply to cats.
Our adoption fees vary based on the age of the pet and the medical services it required from us. Please visit our website to see individual fees.
