Additional adoption info

A potential adopter must submit an adoption application, which will then be reviewed by a volunteer. The volunteer will then call the listed veterinary reference and two additional personal references. After a reference check is complete, a volunteer will schedule an interview and home check with the potential adopters. If everything checks out the application will then be approved. The adopter will then be able to sign up to meet a foster dog that they are interested in. If they have another resident dog, a meet and greet will be required.

More about this rescue

At Allie & Pals Rescue, we strive to set all dogs up for success in the safest and most caring homes. We advocate for animal training, in order to help bridge the gap between owner knowledge and rescue dog behavior. Our mission is to assist in decreasing the euthanasia rates amongst shelters locally and nation-wide. Our rescue was started up by a group of dog lovers! In 2021, we saw the amount of homeless dogs that desperately needed families of their own, so we all came together with a mission to help. Our volunteers come from all different backgrounds, which allows us to put everyone's experiences to good use.
