Ricky was found with his brother running the streets. A friend picked them up and the owners didn't want them back. Ricky is a tiny but mighty happy friendly guy that just wants attention. he's your typical lap dog and so eager to please. TLC K9 rescue is an all breed rescue. Primarily taking in medical dogs, owner surrenders, and shelter dogs. I want to help save, and protect the abandoned animals and provide them with quality medical care and find them forever homes.
