We love our Lucy girl, but we need to send her on to another home. She does not love other cats (we have 2 other cats) and she does not love rambunctious young children (we have a SUPER rambunctious young child). She is a sweetie who will snuggle up on you once she learns to trust you. She's a bit slow to warm up at first. She enjoys playing, but must be coaxed into it. She excels at making kitty biscuits (pawing) on anything soft. She has all her claws, but she only scratches on corrugated cardboard scratchers. Lucy only eats kibble, no treats or wet cat food will do.
We also need to rehome her because she's had a some elimination issues. She has always had some territorial litter box habits, but after a mild bladder infection in December 2023 led to some peeing outside the box, she has continued to periodically mark certain spots around our house -- an issue we suspect is heightened by the stress of living with other cats and rambunctious kid.
